When you submit our quotation form, Prime Decor stores your name, mobile number, optional email, location, product interest and message in its hosted enquiry database. We use these details to respond, discuss your requirements and prepare a quotation. Please do not include payment information or sensitive personal details.

Access and retention

Enquiry records are available to the business owner through a protected dashboard and hosting database tools. We retain enquiries while needed for your request, follow-up and business record keeping. To request correction or deletion, call +91 80805 06705.

External services

WhatsApp, Google Maps and video links open services with their own privacy policies. Embedded Google Drive videos load only when you choose to play a video. Our website uses locally hosted fonts.

Website protection

We use a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. We do not store the raw IP address in our enquiry database.
